Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This agreement governs your use of the Brq platform (brq.one). By using the platform, creating an account, or subscribing to any service, you agree to these terms. Violating this agreement may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
1About Brq
The Brq platform is a brand operated by A G A ELECTRONICS TRADING CO. L.L.C., a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under No. 1185981, with its address at Office A25-2106, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Brq is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that helps merchants create and manage online stores through software tools such as product, order, and analytics management, themes, apps, and integrations.
Brq is a SaaS technology platform. Brq is not a bank, a financial institution, a payment processor, a payment facilitator, a money transmitter, nor the Merchant of Record for transactions between independent merchants and their customers.
2Definitions
- Platform / Brq: the software and technology services provided through brq.one and its associated dashboard.
- Merchant: the account holder who uses the platform to create and manage their store.
- Merchant's customer: the end buyer from the merchant's store.
- Brq services: the subscriptions, software, apps, and paid features that Brq sells directly to the merchant.
- Third-party payment provider (PSP): an independent payment entity that the merchant connects to their account according to their eligibility and that provider's terms.
3Brq software services
Platform services may include — depending on the plan or add-on — software tools such as:
- Store creation and management
- Product, order, and customer management
- Analytics and reporting
- Themes and storefront customization
- Apps and software integrations
- Software integrations with supported third-party payment providers
- Other software services provided directly by Brq
4Brq fees
- Brq charges fees for monthly software subscriptions and may charge separately for paid add-ons, premium features, themes, integrations, or other software services it provides directly.
- Payments Brq receives through its own account are consideration for Brq's own products/services (such as a subscription), and are not a description of processing the merchant's sales to their customers.
- Prices, currency, billing cycle, and important limitations are shown on the pricing page or inside the dashboard at the time of subscription.
- The first month is paid at checkout. Later monthly renewal invoices are issued separately unless the subscription is cancelled before the next billing date.
- Refund details for Brq services are explained in the Refund Policy.
- Monthly renewal invoice and cancellation details are explained in the Cancellation Policy.
5Processing of merchant store payments
- Store sales are transactions between the merchant and their customer. Brq provides the store software and management tools, and is not the seller of those products unless Brq itself is the seller of one of its own software services.
- A merchant may connect a supported third-party payment provider through a software integration inside the platform. The payment methods available to the merchant's customer depend on the connected payment provider, the merchant's account with that provider, the provider's approval, the country/region, and that provider's eligibility terms.
- Customer funds settle according to the merchant's direct agreement with the connected payment provider. Brq does not hold, pool, withdraw, or settle the proceeds of independent store sales.
- Brq does not issue or operate payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, Mada, or Apple Pay. Any mention of these methods refers to their possible availability through the third-party payment provider when offered to the merchant.
- A third-party payment provider may deduct its own fees according to its terms. Those fees belong to that provider and are not necessarily Brq subscription fees.
- The merchant remains responsible for complying with their payment provider's terms and for any verification requirements or limits imposed by that provider.
6Merchant responsibilities
The merchant is solely responsible for:
- The products and services they display and sell
- The licenses and permits required for their activity
- The accuracy of product descriptions and prices
- Supporting their customers and after-sales service
- Delivery/fulfillment and cancellations

- Taxes and statutory fees related to their sales
- Disputes and chargebacks related to their sales
- Compliance with laws, regulations, and payment provider terms
7Merchant customer transactions
- Any purchase from an independent store on the platform is a contract between the merchant's customer and the merchant.
- In case of a problem with a product, delivery, or return related to a merchant's store, the customer contacts the merchant directly.
- The buyer reviews the product description and the merchant's policy before purchase, and Brq is not responsible for the choice of an unsuitable product.
8Registration and use conditions
- The user must be legally eligible and at least 18 years of age.
- The user undertakes to provide true and accurate information and to keep their account confidential.
- The user undertakes not to misuse the platform or harm it or its users.

Brq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or stores involved in prohibited, illegal, fraudulent, or suspicious activity, or upon violation of these terms, or at the request of a competent authority or service provider, in order to protect the platform, users, and service providers.
11Limitation of liability
