Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This policy explains how the Brq platform (brq.one) handles personal information when you use its software services to create and manage online stores.

1Data controller

The platform is operated by A G A ELECTRONICS TRADING CO. L.L.C., registration No. 1185981, Office A25-2106, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For privacy-related inquiries: legal@brq.one or info@brq.one.

2Information we may collect

  1. Account data: name, email, phone number, login credentials, and profile information.
  2. Business data (when needed): business name, commercial registration, or other verification documents required by compliance or service operation.
  3. Store and operational data: store settings, products, orders, customers associated with the merchant's store, and the technical logs required to operate the platform.
  4. Technical usage data: approximate IP address, device/browser type, error logs, and performance and security data.
  5. Cookies and analytics: to improve performance and understand platform usage.

3Why we collect information

  • Creating accounts and operating SaaS services
  • Enabling the merchant to manage their store, orders, and customers
  • Billing related to Brq services upon subscription
  • Technical support and operational communication
  • Security and preventing fraud and abuse
  • Complying with legal requirements where applicable
  • Improving platform quality and the user experience

4Payment and card information

  1. Payments for Brq subscriptions/services are processed through third-party payment providers when billing is enabled.
  2. Payments by merchant store customers are processed through the payment provider the merchant connects to their account, according to that merchant's settings and that provider's terms.
  3. Proceeds from independent store sales settle under the merchant's direct agreement with that provider; Brq does not hold or settle those merchant funds.
  4. Brq does not retain full card numbers or the CVC/CVV code as part of the platform's operating model; sensitive card data is processed at the relevant payment provider where applicable.
  5. The platform may retain non-sensitive operational data related to a payment such as transaction status, reference ID, amount, and currency for order, accounting, and support purposes.

5Linking a Google account

Brq lets a merchant optionally link a Google account from the dashboard to improve store visibility.

  1. Linking happens only after the merchant's consent via Google OAuth.
  2. We may use the permissions to verify site ownership, submit the sitemap to Search Console, and register the product feed in Merchant Center.
  3. We do not sell Google account data and do not use it for advertising purposes outside the scope of the merchant's service on the platform.
  4. The merchant can disconnect at any time from the visibility center inside the dashboard.

6Sharing with third parties

  1. We may share necessary data with service providers who help operate the platform (such as hosting, email, analytics, or payment providers when needed for a specific transaction).
  2. We do not sell personal data.
  3. We may share information with competent authorities when there is a legal obligation or to protect the platform and users from unlawful or fraudulent activity.
  4. When a merchant processes their customers' data inside their store, the merchant is responsible for their relationship with their customers and their store's privacy policies.

7Retention and security

  1. We retain data for the period necessary to provide the service, support, billing, compliance, and dispute resolution.
  2. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, noting that no system is absolutely secure over the internet.

8Your rights

Subject to applicable laws, you may have the right to request access to your data, correct it, delete it, or restrict its processing where applicable. To submit a request, contact legal@brq.one.

9Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you have reviewed the version in force.
