Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the minimum standards for using Brqaccounts, stores, software, and integrations.
1Lawful and accurate use
- Use Brq only for activities permitted by applicable law.
- Provide accurate account, business, product, and contact information.
- Maintain the licences, approvals, tax registrations, and provider accounts required for the merchant's activity.
- Publish clear customer-facing terms, privacy, delivery, and return information.
2Prohibited platform conduct
- Fraud, deception, impersonation, phishing, or card testing.
- Malware, harmful code, credential theft, or unauthorized access.
- Interfering with platform availability, security, or other users.
- Automated scraping or excessive requests that impair the service.
- Circumventing plan, provider, security, or account restrictions.
- Uploading content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
3Merchant responsibility
The merchant is responsible for their products, descriptions, pricing, customer service, fulfilment, refunds, taxes, legal compliance, and use of connected third-party providers.
4Enforcement
Brq may restrict features, unpublish a store, suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to violations, security risks, legal obligations, or provider requirements.
