Clear answers. Direct support.

Start with the common questions below, then contact the team responsible for your request.

How do I create a store?

Create a Brq account, choose a paid monthly plan, then use the dashboard to configure store details, products, design, and domain settings.

Can I use a custom domain?

Yes. The store settings include a custom-domain connection flow. DNS configuration and successful verification are required before the domain becomes active.

Does Brq process customer payments?

No. Brq provides software integrations with supported third-party payment providers. The merchant connects their provider account, and funds settle under that provider agreement.

Can I change the connected payment provider?

A store can have one active supported payment provider at a time. An administrator can configure or change the enabled provider for that store.

Are all apps included in my plan?

Not necessarily. Some integrations, plugins, themes, or advanced software features may be optional paid add-ons. Availability and pricing should be shown before activation.

How does monthly billing work?

You pay the first month at checkout. Future monthly renewal invoices are issued separately until cancellation. Review the plan, AED price, and applicable policies before activation.

How do I cancel?

Send a cancellation request from the registered account email before the next monthly billing date. See the Cancellation Policy for current instructions.

Who handles a store-order refund?

The independent merchant is responsible for their customer sale, return, and refund. Customers should contact the merchant directly; payment-provider rules may also apply.
