Prohibited Businesses

Merchants may not use Brq to offer illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized products and services.
A connected payment provider may apply stricter or additional restrictions. Provider approval does not mean that Brq has approved a business category.
1Illegal and harmful activity
- Products, services, or content prohibited by applicable law.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, card testing, or money laundering.
- Malware, stolen credentials, unauthorized surveillance, or harmful software.
- Human exploitation, trafficking, hate activity, or violent extremist content.
2Restricted goods and services
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unauthorized pharmaceuticals.
- Weapons, explosives, or regulated weapon components where prohibited.
- Counterfeit goods, pirated services, or unauthorized access to copyrighted content.
- Adult sexual services or exploitative sexual content.
- Unlicensed gambling, betting, lotteries, or prize schemes.
- Unlicensed financial, investment, lending, money-transfer, or virtual-asset services.
3Regulated categories
A regulated category may be restricted or require prior written review, evidence of licences, age controls, location controls, and approval from relevant service providers. Brq does not guarantee that a regulated activity will be accepted.
4Review and enforcement
Brq may request information, restrict publication, suspend integrations, unpublish a store, or terminate access when a business appears prohibited, unlicensed, misleading, or likely to expose customers, providers, or the platform to material risk.
